“Flashing” is a term used when you convert/modify a phone from one carrier to use it with another carrier.

2.) IS IT LEGAL?
Yes. it is 100% legal to Flash a phone. Once you buy the phone, you have the right to do whatever you want with it; It belongs to you.

3.) CAN YOU FLASH AN iPHONE TO CRICKET?
Absolutely positively NOT! iPhones are considered GSM phones. When Verizon comes out with the CDMA iphone, THEN we can flash it to CricKet.

4.) WELL, I SAW A VIDEO OF AN iPHONE FLASHED TO CRICKET ON YOUTUBE.
Don’t believe everything you see on the internet, less alone youtube.

5.) …THEN CAN YOU FLASH A SIDEKICK TO CricKet?
No, phones that have a SIM CARD (AT&T, T-mobile, Movistar,Telcel) CANNOT be flashed over to CricKet. Only CDMA phones like Verizon, Helio and Sprint. If A sprint phone or a verizon phone have a SIM card slot, its ok. we can flash those.

6.) HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO FLASH A PHONE?
About 25-50 depending on the phone model.

7.) IF I FLASH A PHONE TO CRICKET, CAN I FLASH IT BACK?
Why would you want to? CricKet offers the Best Service all around, but to answer your question, Yes. As Flashing Experts, we have legal access to other carrier’s files to properly flash back your Verizon or Sprint phone if the ESN is still clean and you decide to go back.
8.) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CDMA AND GSM?
CDMA Carriers (Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, Metro Pcs, Qwest, US Cellular, Helio) don’t require Sim cards to have wireless service, but instead use the phones Electronic Serial Number (ESN). GSM carriers (AT&T, T-mobile, Movistar, Telcel,) have SIM Cards (Subscriber Identity Module cards) that the phones use to communicate with cellphone towers. The two are complete opposites of each other.

9.) I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY PHONE FLASHED. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
We don’t provide support or flash for out of state. NO EXCEPTIONS!

10.) I’M A CRICKET DEALER, I WANT TO FLASH PHONES. HOW CAN I START?
We no longer provide support for dealers. What works in my market might not work in your market. Best thing to do is google the information.

11.) CAN MY PHONE GET DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS OF BEING FLASHED?
Yes. Be careful with who you take your phone to get flashed with. We have repaired and reflashed 100′s of phones due to a BAD flash. We offer a Warranty of 30 days on your flashed phone. Most of these so called flashers can be found in craigslist charging very low prices for a job that isn’t well done. “you get what you pay for”.

12.) CAN MY PHONE GET UNFLASHED FOR NO REASON?
No. Cause and effect, my friend. Once your phone is flashed, DO NOT RESET it or try to update anything to it or mess with menu’s that you are not familiar with. You can accidentally change settings on your phone that are important without even knowing it.

13.) HOW LONG DOES FLASHING TAKE?
Usually done within 10-15 minutes, Unless its a PDA phone like a Palm Treo or an HTC phone then it takes a little longer; contact us for more information.

14.) MY PHONE GOT  FULLY FLASHED BUT I CAN’T RECEIVE OR SEND MSGS.
Call 611 and ask them to refresh your account. When working with a flashed phone, sometimes your account needs to be refreshed so that the settings can start working properly. IF THAT DOES NOT WORK, then time to let the Flashing Expert’s handle it! Call US!
